Where is Mágicas Navidades Park located?
The event takes place at the Torrejón de Ardoz Fairgrounds, one of the most spectacular Christmas spaces in the Community of Madrid.
What is Mágicas Navidades Park?
Mágicas Navidades is the Christmas park in Spain, a truly unique place where the magic of the season comes to life. With more than 100,000 m² of lights, shows and attractions for all ages, this extraordinary theme park invites you to experience Christmas in Madrid like never before. A magical, family-friendly and unforgettable celebration only to be found at the most spectacular Christmas event in the country.
What experiences are there at Mágicas Navidades Park?
This season brings exciting new additions such as the spectacular Nut and Cracker videomapping show and the live musical performance The Grinch’s Secret. As always, you can enjoy one of the tallest Ferris wheels in Spain — standing at an impressive 42 metres — along with much-loved favourites such as Spain’s only ice rink built over a lake, the country’s largest life-sized Nativity, the fourth edition of the Ice Festival and the enchanting lantern festival. Add to that the Christmas Market and food area, and you’ve got everything you need for an incredible day out with the whole family.
How long does the visit last?
There’s no time limit on your stay. You can explore the park at your own pace and enjoy each area for as long as you like, within the daily opening hours.
How much does the Mágicas Navidades Park ticket cost?
Ticket prices vary depending on the date, but general admission starts from €4.50.
My ticket shows entry at 4:00 pm. Can I arrive later?
Yes. The time shown on your ticket marks the opening time of the park. After that, you can enter whenever you wish. The only time you’ll need to follow a specific schedule is if you’ve booked an extra experience, such as the Ice Festival or the Ice Rink.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, there’s no need. You can simply show your tickets on your mobile phone at the entrance.
Can I use my tickets on a different day?
No, tickets and invitations are only valid for the date shown.
Do children pay to enter?
Children under 2 years old can enter free of charge.
How can I use the cancellation service?
If you purchased the cancellation service when buying your tickets, it allows you to receive a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the event. To make use of this service, please contact us by email at serviciodecancelacion@parquemagicasnavidades.es
How can I get to Mágicas Navidades Park?
To avoid crowds, we recommend using public transport, especially Renfe trains, as the park is located just 100 metres from Torrejón de Ardoz train station (Cercanías).
Are there any benefits for Torrejón residents?
Entry to the park is free for residents, and you’ll also find exclusive discounts at various areas within the park.
How can I get invitations for registered Torrejón residents?
You can obtain them through our website, by going to the “Torrejoneros Invitations” section and entering your DNI (ID number). Please remember to bring proof of residence in Torrejón de Ardoz with you on the day of your visit.
My ID or passport isn’t being accepted. What should I do?
To access the invitation booking system, please enter the letters in uppercase, followed by the numbers without spaces or hyphens, and include one or two zeros at the beginning if needed.
Do I need to request invitations for children who are residents?
Yes, you’ll need to reserve invitations for children too, for capacity control reasons.
How can I get invitations for resident children who don’t have an ID number?
For children under 14 years old, you don’t need to enter an ID number — just enter the ID number of the registered adult they are associated with.
How can I save money on the attractions?
On our website, you’ll find attraction passes that give you up to 20% extra credit to spend on rides and attractions throughout the park.
How can I request a refund for the unused balance on my attractions pass?
You can request a refund for any remaining balance on your pass from 13 January 2026 until 31 January 2026. A fee of €0.50 per pass will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that any bonus credit included in the pass cannot be refunded under any circumstances. You can contact taquilla@parquemagicasnavidades.es for more information.
If I’ve bought a VIP ticket, where should I check in?
You should check in as a VIP in the Igloo area to enjoy all your benefits upon arrival at the park.
If I’ve bought a VIP ticket, how can I reserve parking?
When you purchase your VIP ticket, we’ll send you a code and a link where you can reserve your parking space for the day of your visit.
Is there a capacity limit?
Yes. For this reason, we recommend buying your tickets in advance through our website.
Can I bring scooters, bicycles or similar items into the park?
No. Entry to Mágicas Navidades Park with these items is not permitted, and there is no storage facility available for leaving them while inside the park.
Are there places to eat and drink inside the park?
Yes, there are 6 food areas throughout the park where you can stop for a bite to eat or something to drink.
Can I leave Mágicas Navidades Park and come back again later?
Yes, you can re-enter Mágicas Navidades Park. You’ll just need to ask a member of staff at the exit to stamp your hand for same-day re-entry.
Can I bring pets to the Park?
No. Pets are not allowed inside Mágicas Navidades Park. Only guide dogs are permitted.
Is there a refund if it rains?
The park remains open in case of rain. Without the cancellation service, tickets will only be refunded or rescheduled if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Can I bring food into Mágicas Navidades Park?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring food into the park.
Are there toilets in the park?
Yes, there are several toilet areas throughout the park.
Are there baby-changing facilities?
Yes, the toilet areas include baby-changing stations.
Do visitors with reduced mobility, functional diversity or neurodivergence receive any discount?

Is there a Fast Access option for visitors with reduced mobility, functional diversity or neurodivergence?
Yes, if you have a disability of over 50%.
Where are the accessible entrance and parking areas?
There are two designated parking areas: one next to the Renfe station footbridge, and another beside the entrance to the amusement zone.
Do you offer gluten-free food?
Yes. You’ll find several food stalls offering gluten-free options throughout the park.
